Employers Logic was founded in 2012 by Brian Hutchinson and Mike Willis. The traditional route for those seeking an opportunity to start their own staffing business included the need for a large capital infusion, a payroll system, access to high-cost worker’s compensation insurance, and many other costs that were prohibitive for most to enter the industry. We knew we could offer a better business solution.

We started Employers Logic to be a comprehensive solution for back-office support services for those looking to start a staffing firm as well as those who already own one. We also understood our services needed to be equally flexible and cost-effective. So, that’s what we did. Our platform supports our proven business model that has helped over 500 firms grow their business. We now have the ability to operate in all 50 states across the country and Canada. Many of our clients have true success stories – reaching over $1 million in first-year billing.
